MEDITATION CIRCLE: (Open Group!) Meditation has many scientific and medically proven benefits. It can help you relax, focus your mind, and release stress.
Every Wednesday evening I will guide you on a meditation that is tailored for the group that night. I like to focus on stress relief, but sometimes other issues may come up that I will address during the meditation. If you are interested in attending, please contact me for more details. There is no obligation to attend every week, just come when you can!

Please note that I am open to creating a meditation circle for private groups if there are at least 5 or more people attending.
MEDITATION BASIC TRAINING: Series One (Next start date to be announced)
Six weeks to learn meditation for relaxation and stress management and healing.
This BRAND NEW workshop is 6 different lessons using guided meditation to help you find balance for your body, mind and spirit.
Class One – Introduction to guided meditation, and the concepts of healing through meditation.
Class Two – Creating an energetic sanctuary and why this is important.
Class Three – Chakra balancing and a brief summary of what a chakra is.
Class Four – Physical Awareness and how it helps you to heal your body.
Class Five- Healing the emotions.
Class Six- Final class! The importance of Self-Love
Everyone can meditate, and it has been scientifically proven to help relieve stress, tension, and will aid in the body’s ability to heal.
It doesn’t matter what your faith, culture or upbringing are, everyone can learn meditation and tailor it to suit your own needs!
I offer a 2 – 2 1/2 hour session that can be done one on one or in a group, which is called “I can’t Meditate!!” In this session, we will talk about what meditation is…and what some of the roadblocks that we encounter while attempting meditation for the first few times. We also talk about different types of meditation, and go through the steps of creating a successful meditation session.
I also offer several meditation groups each month. If there is nothing scheduled, we can schedule a special time for you and at least 3 friends. Each group session is approximately an hour, and we begin with a guided meditation and then have some time to share our experiences!
